It is a historic dock of more than 100 years in El Puerto de La Libertad which currently is the boarding and disembarkation spot for traditional artisanal fishermen's boats, at this place tourists can watch the arrival of freshly caught fish from deepest parts of the sea.
From the pier you can get to see the beaches El Obispo, La Paz and Punta Roca, the fish market and the Tourist Boardwalk.

Road to Surf City
It´s a 6.5 kilometer stretch that connects the city with Surf City La Libertad and has become a tourist attraction due to its incredible views of the beaches. You can enjoy imposing landscapes, majestic sunrises and sunsets and a short but entertaining trip to one of the largest and most developed tourist destinations in the country while you go through this coastal area of El Salvador.
To live this experience to the fullest, you must take the road to El Puerto de La Libertad and merge into the Camino a Surf City bypass, which takes you to the highway El Litoral which leads to the beaches of the coast in La Libertad.
