Morazán

Soak up the history of the armed conflict at the Museum of the Revolution, a place that pays tribute to the heroes and martyrs who fell during the armed conflict in El Salvador. Founded in 1992 by a group of former guerrilla fighters from Morazán, it has a permanent exhibition of weapons, objects, images and testimonies of the historical moment. Some of the rooms are Repression and Genocide, where the poverty and inequality of the people are exposed; International Solidarity, which displays different documents from people of the world that support and recognize the struggle of El Salvador; and Radio Venceremos, which exhibits some artifacts used by the official guerrilla radio station in the eastern part of the country.
