Among the attractions in the muni­cipality of Ilobasco are two Colonial churches: San Miguel Parish and Los Desamparados Parish. The main stores and workshops are lo­cated on ‘Carlos Bonilla Avenue’, at the entrance of Ilobasco. During a tour, it is possible to visit workshops and appreciate first-hand, the work of the ceramic handcrafters.

Celebrates its patronal festivities in honor to San Miguel Árcangel from September 20th to 29th, and during July, the traditional “Festival del Muñeco de Barro”, where one can enjoy delicious cour­ses and buy clay handicrafts.
