Los Cóbanos beach is the biggest coral reef in the north pacific (157 km), which promotes diving, surf and snorkeling.
Also, it has a protected natural area Los Cóbanos Complex, that covers approximately 264.6 kms2 of protected marine ecosystem. It’s characterized by the presence of volcanic rocks that run from the sandbanks to approximately 50 meters distributed in rocky patches combined with sandy and muddy bottoms.
